I serve as Professor of Student Ministry and Director of the Youth Ministry Institute at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Before joining the faculty, I served as an Associate Pastor and Youth Minister in churches in Texas and Alabama. I have a heart for the local church and training the next generation of ministry leaders.
